Login issues
Q: I am unable to login, what should I do?
A: Your username is usually your email address, so type your email address and password to login. If you are unable to remember your password, try our password recovery system, you will still need your username (email address). If you are unable to find your username, please email the web manager to have it reset.
Q: Can I apply for membership online?
A: No, we are currently developing an online application system that will enable applications in the future being lodged online. Watch this space.
Q: Can I renew my membership online?
A: Yes, you have to be logged in to access the 'Renew membership' link in the main menu. The Society of Editors (Vic) uses Paymate as its payment gateway. It is secure and simple to make your payments online. Further instructions are given once you are logged in. |
